Hey everyone, so I'm starting to somewhat regret that Moreno for Manningham trade I posted a while ago - probably should've held off on that one. Because of Braylon's trade, I have tons of WR depth but no RB depth now.

I have someone in my league who is willing to trade Kevin Smith for Anthony Gonzalez. I think I should do it and it's good value considering Gonzalez's injury and the fact that I got him off of waivers. Here is my team right now, do you think I should do it?

QB: Aaron Rodgers
RB: SJax
RB: Slaton
WR: Braylon Edwards
WR: Wes Welker
WR: Mario Manningham
TE: Celek
K: Akers
D/ST: Eagles

BENCH:
Carson Palmer QB
Sproles RB
Antonio Bryant WR
Anthony Gonzalez WR
Johhn Knox WR

I'd do it (I'm assuming it's not PPR). RBs who aren't in a time share are worth more than a WR who is one of no fewer than 5 quality passing options. I held on to Gonzo for a few weeks, but I eventually just dropped him outright. Even if he's back next week (which doesn't sound likely now), he'll take a few games to get back in shape, and even then Collie and Garcon have shown they deserve looks. He'll get some points, but Smith is almost a lock for double digit points, unless he's against an elite run D (7 vs MIN, 9 vs PIT).

I agree, make the trade.
