Dockett gets a sweet extension

The new deal pays him $48 million in new money, with $30 million guaranteed and it includes a salary bump the next 2 years.
A two-time Pro Bowler, Dockett is now under contract through the 2015 season. He was currently signed through 2011.
Dockett was a third-round selection in the 2004 draft. He had 57 tackles last season and team-high seven sacks. He also had one interception.
Dockett has started every game the last five years and has an active streak of 81 consecutive starts.
