Willie has to go. His defensive sets are not good at all. He loves zone, the other coaches know that and exploit him.
If the Dawgs got Croom for a d-coord position? Wow, think of how good that would be.
On another note, my other team did fire Croom. He is a great D coach, but the offense sucks. Lee is too small to be a QB and they don't have many play makers. Their backfield is solid, but no line to get the push.
