Are you surprised at all? You get press time and become a "hero" in some people eye's. They could just make up a story if wanted to. An the inmate probably wants a reduced sentence, so he will say whatever to get out of jail sooner.
I just need evidence. To me people lie, real evidence (video tape, dna testing of the blood to see if it matches dogs, stuff like that) doesn't lie.
