Could the Falcons make a trade for Harry Douglas?

Douglas is not longer starter for the Titans. He is having a very hard time in Mike Mularkey's system.

I think Douglas is still a good player and just not working out in Tennessee. Douglas has great chemistry with Ryan.

Could the Falcons offer a 6th round pick for Harry?
