too odd GA may have the falcons back should they lose Saturday night.

Sadly I can't really afford the $1500 ticket, but I'll probably be in Athens watching and ready to celebrate.

I have to work out of state so I won't be able to attend, not that I would pay the price to admission anyway, but I do have some connections. I believe Georgia wins. In fact, I believe Georgia wins by over 6 points.

The only two teams I have wagered on to win the National Championship was Alabama and Georgia, so it's a win-win, but as a fan, I want our beloved Dawgs to win it. Athens, Atlanta, and Georgia deserves a championship, with the exception of our Lacrosse team..lol

GO DAWGS!!

:)

Will watch on TV. Rooting for the Dogs. Regardless of who wins, the SEC will have both #1 and #2 when
it's all over!

Hard not to root for Georgia in this one. So sick of Alabama. I have to admit Georgia's recruiting and talent pool in the state is really impressive.

2nd & 26...it'll go down in Atlanta sports history

Just heartbreaking for the hometown kids.

Both state football teams have been undone in the second half by evil geniuses two winters in a row.

Championships lost in OT, two years in a row.

That sucked. Honestly, UGA played scared on offense in the second half. The constant Chubb runs for zero yards? Come on. and Where was Michel in the 4th?

Yep, it's like they were trying to up Chubbs numbers in his last game at UGA. They played not to lose instead of playing to win.
The offense was humming on the arm of the QB and runs with Michel - went away from that.

Damn you Chaney.,
When I saw it was overtime, I'm like hell with it, they weren't behind until the end. I did wake up to see them lose. I really couldn't sleep so I just bounced around reading comments. I'm not a Georgia die hard, but wanted to get them one since some of their league peers have at least a chip since 96 and GA last played for one since 82.

This is like that moment in "Unbreakable" where Bruce Willis' character realizes, even though Samuel L Jackson's character had been helping him, that he was secretly always his arch enemy.

I can't even lie, dude.

I have no ties to UGA.

I grew up rooting for GT, but that football program hasn't been very good in recent decades.

Paul Johnson drives me crazy...

I have direct ties to the Falcons, an emotional bond with the Braves and an unhealthy, one-sided relationship with a mediocre Hawks franchise.

But college sports...I support all the kids.

Not a GT fan, but Georgia is Georgia, and I as a team in Georgia, I wish GT would move on from Paul Johnson.

Great game by Georgia in the second half but you must play throughout the game and Coaching staffs must do the same. Heartbreaking to know that the state of Georgia could be Super Bowl Champs and National Champions right now.

Let's go FALCONS!!!

I had to work in Birmingham yesterday.
I must say, the Bama fans there, which was everybody kept it classy. There was very little trash talking between them and I. They just expect to WIN.

It's nowhere near as simple as just saying, "Uh get rid of CPJ." Saban couldn't win under GT's administration.

I went, losing sucks.

90 minute wait times to get into the stadium. Took me nearly 3 hours to get home via MARTA. MARTA sucks.
