NFL Playoffs: Atlanta @ Philadelphia

Post#1 » by HMFFL » Sat Jan 13, 2018 8:38 pm

Atlanta @ Philadelphia
So, this game is happening today, and the Atlanta Falcons are favored by 3 points.
Atlanta has the experience and appears to be putting things together at the right time.

What are your thoughts on the game?

The Atlanta Falcons board here at Realgm is there if you like discussing the off-season, the present, and potential draft picks.

I'm not a Falcons fan...only Hawks and Braves but I think Falcons have the edge in most areas here..Wentz is out...Eagles D is better but I think Falcons win this 20-16

If I'm not mistaken, not scoring red zone touchdowns are something that has plagued them all season. Didn't like the play call either, it limited their options. I would have been more acceptable of a run call going toward the corner of the end zone. The Falcons window is closing even tighter.

Don't sleep on the Vikings, I think they are seriously underrated.

My biggest issue with Matt Ryan and our offense is that it's as if our WR's seems to control our offense. Last play on offense, Matt Ryan is clearly looking for Julio Jones 100%, missing an option in front of Julio, but Julio slips, and Matt Ryan just waits for him to get up, forcing the ball.

Even from watching at the comfort of my house I could see our TE and RB's opens throughout the game at times but Matt Ryan is only looking for Julio Jones. Tunnel vision! Use all of the weapons because they're a ton of them. Atlanta will never win a Super Bowl until this changes.
