It frustrating watching Beasley. He gets single coverage all game long and he still can get the edge. The OT is just toying with him at this point and looks like an 8th grader going up against a college player. Same with Takk. :banghead:

I have been wanting him on the team for over a year now. I look forward to this off-season and this being his last season with us. He was a tease for us after having one successful season.

Titans released OLB Vic Beasley.

The Titans came into the offseason desperate for pass-rushing help, but this signing seemed like a disaster from Day 1. Beasley was late to report to training camp and then proceeded to make just 3.0 tackles across five games. Tennessee is bottom-three in sacks (7.0) through eight weeks and still find Beasley worth releasing. He signed a one-year, $9.5 million contract this offseason.
