Julio Jones piling up records and milestones in NFL

Jones reached 12,000 receiving yards in his career. He became the 27th player in NFL history to reach that milestone, and he needed fewer games to get there than any of the others. Jones was playing in his 125th regular-season game. The fewest games needed to reach 12,000 receiving yards before Jones were 142 by Jerry Rice.
Jones completed the 2019 season with a career average of 96.2 receiving yards per game. That is the best in NFL history by 8.7 yards per game.

During a guest appearance on The Adam Schefter Podcast, Rice was asked which receiver that’s currently playing impresses him the most. The former San Francisco 49ers legend didn’t hesitate to name Jones as the most impressive.
