Most likely the Falcons will take a RB, OT, or TE in the 3rd or 4th round.
I don't know if the Bucs will be willing to trade with a rival team, but I would offer a 4th or 3rd round pick for Howard.
And why not! Falcons just lost Hooper, Falcons can use a young stud TE to groom again.
