I wouldn't do the trade but it is possible, especially how the Bears love to lose on trades.
#1 for #8, London, draft picks, (maybe Allgeier?)

What young player would you include? London? Allgeier? etc?
How many 1sts and 2nds round picks would you give up?
If there is some way the Falcons could get McConkey in the 2nd or 3rd round, then Caleb, Bijan, and Ladd would be a very interesting big 3.

I would not. In my experience: Depth and defense are necessary over the course of a long 17-game season. Compromising those things for a single plyer is too risky.
Case in point -- Panthers just traded away their future for a QB with last year's #1 pick, and it's set their franchise back a few years as a result.
Serious question: How many of those move up trades actually result in HOF careers or Super Bowls?
