Falcons sign unrestricted free agent T Leander Jordan

Jordan (6-4, 320 pounds), was with San Diego from 2004-06, where he played in 18 games with nine starts. In 2005, he started nine games at both left and right tackle for the Chargers.

Terms of the contract were not disclosed. Jordan becomes the sixth unrestricted free agent to sign with the Falcons in this offseason as he joined FB Ovie Mughelli, LB Marcus Wilkins, CB Lewis Sanders, G Toniu Fonoti and K Billy Cundiff.

It's nice to see some size on the line to look after Vick.

pretty much, petrino think he lombardi signing these no named busters and expecting them to be playmakers on the team. there's a reason these guys are vets with no start because they suck.
