Why we shouldn't draft a QB

Because;
We absolutely need a very good DT, a starting LT, another OT, an OG, a SS, an ILB, an OLB, a TE, a starting CB and maybe a RB.
If we draft Ryan, we get a very highly rated QB, but a team that isn't equiped to help him. If we take a QB in the second or early third, we get a lesser QB and lose a pick that might be a good contributor at another position.
Next season we will likely have another top pick. Taking a QB with our first next year will make sense. We will have a better and deeper team (after a good draft this year) and a Franchise QB could come in seamlessly.
I'd love to see a draft like this:
Dorsey DT
Cherilus OT
Smith CB
Otah OT
Crable OLB
Rachal OG
Morgan SS
Davis TE
Greco G/T
Killberbrew ILB
Felton FB
We think competitive development this year, draft a Franchise QB and build a contender.
