Atlanta Falcons fullback Corey McIntyre signed a tender offer from the team today.
Last season, McIntyre was voted by his teammates to serve as the special teams captain. The versatile fullback competed in 14 games in 2007 while ranking third on the team in special teams tackles with eight. He also recorded one fumble recovery in Week 5 against the Tennessee Titans in punt coverage. McIntrye has collared 24 career special teams tackles and tallied one career reception for 10 yards as a member of the New Orleans Saints in 2006.
