Kerr is only great if he has the allstar/smart players. He can't turn a team around if he has rooks and dummies.
Draymond can be had for a future mid-to-late 2nd rounder, as far as I'm concerned. He'll only thrive if he's integrated in an offensive system like ours and can walk around and over a soft HC.

Not ever gonna happen, but if Erik Spoelstra ever gets fired and becomes available, we need to sign him up ASAP. He's one of those coaches that can take a group of nobodies and turn them into formidable team. This season isn't a good example because Jimmy Buckets holding them back.
