One of the biggest mistakes our front office has made is not recognising the vital cog that Bogut was and prioritizing a type like him to always be on the team could have led to more championships over the past decade.
Also, quicksand was never going to be as big a problem as I thought it was going to be from when I was young.

Totally agreed. It's almost like the ghost of Don Nelson still lingers.
But who in the front office... I remember reading Myers stating there was no point going after players that won't get playing time. I think you have to put it squarely on Kerrs shoulders and his infatuation with smaller lineups.
