Nuggets fire coach Michael Malone, won't extend GM Calvin Booth

So bizarre. The public statements anyway are that he and Booth were hopelessly incompatible. But
1) They're getting rid of both
2) They apparently decided it was so hopeless they had to get rid of one immediately
3) Decided it was better to get rid of the coach with a playoff team to coach in the next few weeks than the GM who has to make a draft pick in a while
