I think our young core is impressive.

Monta has the ability to be a top tier guard in coming years, especially as he learns to hit the three pointer. Id like him to take charge and become THE guy on a nightly basis. Potentially he could be a 25 ppg player.

Beans is our center and he will continue to be so in any system we play, whether it be uptempo or half court. Ideally he will become a post scoring threat as he gets stronger. He is only a kid still so over the next few seasons we could well see a player who transforms into a serious presence on the court with size, speed, length, and major smarts. I could really see him becoming a 18/12 guy in a few seasons.

Wright is the X-factor. I think we are all optimistic about him and he should turn into nothing less than a very capable starter, but if he can go beyond then we could have something very special. I do see flashes of Tim Duncan in him. He just needs to work on his strength, which will happen as he hits his mid-twenties. But his speed and open court ability make him almost a breed unto his own. Will he progress and will he turn into the PF who puts up 20/10? I think so.

Marco is a big question mark. We do not know what he will become, either the sharp shooting SG with swagger and surprising athleticism or the too slow and too weak Euro cliche? If he became the ball handling SG that can consistently make 3 pointers then he may be a wonderful complement to Monta.

Azu should be locked up by us this offseason. Id love him coming off of the bench at the SG/SF position and providing instant offense. He is still a youngster and he could grow with this core as well.

Kosta is an incomplete at this point. If he becomes a solid backup Center then he will fulfill his role.

We should really focus on getting ourselves a banging PF and a talented swingman. Someone mentioned Shawne Williams, who I think would be perfect in the mold of a Derrick McKey type of glue guy.

Anyways, this team is going to be amazing over the next 5-10 seasons. Im super excited about the moves we have made and looking forward to the next ones as well.
