Actually Guess whos second in the league in T's, according to Bob and Jim its Baron. 8)

Are we better with Baron out no but we are better when he actually plays like a team player. going for a steal at half court which causes a 5 on 4 and a free ride to the basket and killz the whole defence and always leaves 1 of his teamates out to dry. ANyways he actually played like a team player yesterday and didnt chuck as much. Im a big Davis fan but damn he has sucked like crazy since the break. Thats all nothing more just saying it like how I see it.

Would you guys be interested in a three-way trade with the Heat and Clippers, sending Shawn Marion to GS. What would GS be willing to give for Marion? Monta Ellis (S&T)/bad contracts. What would it take to get Monta?

Nobody's getting Monta for an overpriced Marion. Plus we don't have any contracts to add to Monta since 9/10's of our team will be free agents. Sorry.

Would you guys trade Monta for the #1 pick in the draft this year?

That's a tough one. I don't think any team would trade the #1 for him. I'd be very surprised if they did but I'd certainly have to consider it.

Regardless of what all the Chicken Littles say...management still rightfully sees him as a franchise caliber PG who will not go unless someone is willing to offer a franchise player in return. And offering to "take SJax off our hands" for Cuttino :censored: Mobley is an insult to any rational Warriors fan.

You have to understand that even if we were on pace to win 75 games half the people on this board would be calling for us to trade Baron, fire Nelson and start all over again from square one.

If the Clippers want Baron, they better be offering Brand or a top 2 pick. Anything less, frankly, is an insult.

Ditto. Marion would be a great fit at PF but Baron, Ellis and Biedrins would be off the table right away in any Marion talks.

So if the Clippers got the #1 or #2 pick in the lottery, you guys would do something like this:

Mobley/Knight/#1 or #2 for Monta (S&T)

Yeah, I'd do Monta for #1 and fillers. I'd rather have Thomas than Mobley but in the end it wouldn't be too much of an issue.

Biedrins
Wright
Beasley
Jackson
Baron

I wouldn't... no way. Beasley is a F in the Melo mold... I'm not 100% sold on Rose yet... keep what we know is good and willing to improve.

Although that lineup w/Beasley and Baron still in it looks good... its too unrealistic of a scenario. I do think the one w/ the #6 could have legs though.

Would you guys trade Monta for the rights to Brook Lopez or OJ Mayo or just Rose or Beasley?

Also, what would you guys be willing to offer for Elton Brand?

Monta (S&T)/BWright/Pietrus (S&T) for Brand?

Wouldn't surprise me if Lopez dropped to the 14, plus he's a Stanford boy, which means it's not likely other teams have the same interest in him as we might. No need to trade down, if so wouldn't have to be that far down and if we were trading down, we wouldn't be willing to give up Monta. If Monta were in the draft, he'd easily be a top 3 pick so why trade for an unknown?

I would take Beasley over Monta, but again the fingers are cross sewn together.

Would not take Rose over Monta.
