Westbrook is over-rated. He's a 6th man combo G at best. Jawai is pretty much an unknown, big but far from NBA ripe. R Lopez might be a bigger Gadzuric, but I was pretty dismayed at how slow his progress was on offense. Aside from an uncontested dunk he had little offense..as in way less than POB or Foyle. That minimal aptitude on offense means his D-rebounding have to carry him. His D is good-but he is not real quick and he's a bit foul prone.

He's less ready than POB or Kosta were the day they got here. We'd be better off with Hibbert. More logically-we hope to get Alexander at 14 or we trade down.

I'd love to see Lopez play with one ounce of the fire Noah does... hustle on rebounds, dribble as well, midrange D... Brook Lopez is a joke of a lottery pick, whereas Noah should have gone in the top 5 or 6 of last years draft.

I see Noah as a cross between Jeff Foster and Dennis Rodman but with great coordination . . . which = big trouble for the lazy, soft, stiffness that is the bulk of hte NBA center position. His motor is simply unheard of at the 7 foot level. That combined with what really is pretty extrordinary quickness and coodination for that size is a whole lot for NBA coaches to work with in a kid who WANTS to not suck in any way shape or form.

I was NOT a Noah fan in college. Quite likely, I did some pre-draft bashing of him right here in this forum. I thought his act was contrived and teenage BS hype. Turns out he's just crazy, but also determined and gifted. Crazy+determined+gifted people have this odd habit of bulldozing thier way to success. He won me over when he told all those losers on the bulls to eff off and get out of his way.

Noah will pwn Lopez. I wish we could put them in thunderdome together right now. I would totally pay per view that.

The Lopez Bros remind me of that new Car commercial where the Robots who put the cars togehter get into some basketball moves.

I have no doubt that the robots would dominate the fleshbots.

Have you even seen a Stanford game before??? Cause you're so wrong it's not even funny, Lopez has a ton of heart, he was the emotional leader on this years team, and was always calling for team huddles, gathering the guys together and giving them support. Noah has zero offensive post skills, has the ugliest free throw shot I've ever seen in my life, and I hate the way he looks.

If that was Slowpez with heart, his stock should fall even further. Heart doesn't make you faster or be able to jump higher... if he was strong, that's another story. But he isn't...

But I guess he isn't ugly, so Noah < B. Lopez
