On another note, I feel bad for Nets fans.

I thought CDR was good grab at #40. Thats probably the only good thing they did today.

Dear lord, the Bucks just pillaged the Nets.

They got Richard Jefferson and dumped Bobby Simmons horrible contract just for Yi, the worst starting player in the NBA last year. Dang. I am stunned. The Nets are going to have the stiffest front court in history between Yi and Robin Lopez. Thank God they have the springy Sean Williams...until he gets busted for smoking the herb.

Quite a deal. I give Yi 20 games before the New York media and fans make him cry.

If Bobby Simmons is actually healthy to contribute, then this is a no-brainer trade for NJ. The revenue that NJ will get with Yi on the squad and ohh, they're moving to Brooklyn too... Even more revenue for them.

Nets will get the same revenue they'd get if Wang Zhi Zhi was coming to Brooklyn...Jack squat.

I know you're just being a good little contrarian but get real.
Who's got numbers on Nets season ticket orders for the new arena and next season in the past 48 hours? We need info!

Anyway, Yi is going to be an All Star the minute he gets on the ballot and you can whine all you want about the Chinese Carmelo (with rebounds). He's going to be big for the pre-Brooklyn buildup, at least long enough to make the Nets some more cash for some more big spending.

It's a bidness, Sid. Yi > Zhi X a billion this year.

I agree, works for Bucks now. But really works for Nets later.
