BoomFizzle has 6 more hours to opt out

Post#1 » by Sid the Squid » Mon Jun 30, 2008 7:54 pm

How much can Philly pay him to start on a 5 year deal?

Somebody do something damnit!!!

Not another year of chuck chuck chuck.

Come on Cuban..Please...You guys are going nowhere with Kidd-Dirk..You need a younger superstar..How about a 29 year old great PG? BoomDizzle-Dirk could win it all!!! 8-) ...Let's get that KIdd-Josh for Al-Baron deal done..Give Boom his new 60 million dollar extension..Baron won't get lazy on you and want a trade closer to La La Land..He's matured nicely..

Come on Baron..Opt out and go for the Title with the lakers..Who cares about money? Life it too short.

Todd Ramasar will not have a day named after him. Kidd still says no to playing here...thankfully.

Why the hell do you want Jason Kidd. He is like 40+ years old, and is already on a decline.

That's not bad, a couple more hours and well know for sure.
I'm expecting him to stay this season anyways, no ones gonna pay him 17 million.

I think Washington just pulled *a mully*...150 million to Arenas-Jamison...Jeez...Gilbert's even got injury issues...Jamison's Jamison...

You got to know Baron's freaking out right now..He wants that last mega-contract and it aint coming from the dub's.

W/O baron the warriors are a lock for the lottery. I guess some fans are spioled after a couple season of success. Don't foget the 13 year drought some fans had to go through.

Baron was not interested in annual rates below $14 million as of last week. Not sure that he's changed his mind since then. The Jamison contract doesn't matter for Davis' negotiations. If Davis could average as many points and rebounds as Jamison at Jamison's percentages, perhaps.

But he can't.

I suppose we'll know for sure in a few hours now.

Baron won't opt out because he thinks more highly of himself than he should.

He won't get anywhere near Arenas money ($100 million) and I still think the best he's going to be able to do is to get Nash and Billups money (5-6 years @ around $11-12 million per year average).

Maybe a little more, maybe a little less, but in that ballpark.

If he gets more than $15 million per year average, he had to have compromising pictures of the owner.

Baron sucks and is injury prone. I can't see him signing big money. He is getting too old also.
