Next year the Free Agent Class is much older but there will be difference makers.
At PG Kidd, Marbury, Iverson
SG Joe Johnson, Ray Allen,
SF Wally Szerbiak, Ron Artest
PF Rasheed,Shawn Marrion, Lamar Odom,
They will no longer be max contract players some would be MLE players.
On two year contracts they can start while the young under 22 core develops.

I never agree with you... but this time, I'm with ya 100%
Spending money just because we have it is as relatively short-sighted as drafting for need... there's nothing that we really need that's available in the free agent market, why waste good money?
In addition to the list WF provided, here are some RFAs and others:
Marvin Williams (RFA)
Josh Childress (potential UFA)
Raymond Felton (RFA)
Brandon Bass
Linas Klieza (RFA)
Jason Maxiell (RFA)
Jeff Foster (UFA)
Danny Granger (RFA)
Marquis Daniels (likely UFA)
Andrew Bynum (RFA)
Andrew Bogut (RFA)
Nenad Krstic (UFA)
David Lee (RFA)
Andre Miller (UFA)
Martell Webster (RFA)
Francisco Garcia (RFA)
Chris Wilcox (UFA)
Anthony Parker (UFA)
A lot of depth that year too... I wouldnt mind making a run at Granger, whatever the money.

Re: Forget 2008 FA Class 2009 is better
Its a players market in 2010. GS will have less of a bidding war in 2009. The cap space is a shill to give fans of the respective teams hope for improvement.
Bosh will probably change teams but there will be stiff competition.
Mia has a big advantage Florida taxwise to keep Wade plus can offer more.
LaBron goes to either New York or LA to become a bigger media star because he can make more money outside of his day job.
