I love it.

We add a guy who moves GREAT without the ball, makes shots, draws defenses in the half court, rebounds, and hits free throws, and who really wants to play for Nelson and with these kids, and we put him next to Ellis and give him 15 shots a game, and folks go nuts because it's not an $80 commitment to the hot name with no substance to his game.

Ridiculous.

This offseason hasn't even gotten going yet. These lock-ins just set up the RFA work and trade landscape for the rest of the Summer.

Is it f--king Friday yet?! You a-holes are getting annoying.
And warriorsworld.net sucks my balls.

Never posted there, never ever ever f--king will.

I'm so sick of using our past crappiness as a comparison to the present... why do we continue to use that crutch? When is it OK to compare us to the rest of the league?

Because compared to them, we're :censored: idiots. And we're doing it with a longevity the Aints, the Pittsburgh Pirates, the LA Clippers, and all other massive failures of sports teams would all shudder at.

What's next here? Ink some roster filler and win 40+ games, and the 12th pick? Can't :censored: wait. I'm scared of change anyways.

Another boatload of sales office crap.

The guy grabbed the cash. He could be playing with Dunca Parker and Ginobli for a ring, but he took the cash to chase a 9th seed. Greedy pirate hooker.

Then don't watch. Don't post.

You will still do both - they didn't lose a fan in you. How bad can it be?

Now the sales office is defining fandom for us?

There are innumerable reasons to post here other than buying into your scam. Buzz off.

Lay it on thick for now.
You don't like Maggette, that's all I'm hearing.
But he's good value, the Warriors aren't done, and we gained three great roster additions in Randolph, Hendrix, and the now freed Wright (who will start).

We have cut salary at one starting roster slot by half and upped the scoring and rebounding form that slot, improving the percentages and consistency (and health), and opening up the offense to more ball sharing.

But I'll take your aggression as your deluded vision of some Warrior rep and not just a rational voice who stated numerous times that this cost is excessive. But it's not handcuffs despite your most concerted hyperbole and it allows the move of Jackson, not just Harrington, should the team see a time to do it.

Bring it.

I like the addition even if I don't like the money/years.
Josh Smith is a joke max signing.

What do you like? If it's not the money, it must be the player.
But we won't be able to trade him, he won't make us better, he's no veteran leader or proven winner positively influencing the team. He could be the missing piece on a contending team, but what's his role on a team like the Ws? :upset:

The only good thing that can be said is that be didn't :censored: this as bad up as we could have. It's like defending the whole O'Bryant fiasco... yeah, at least we didn't extend him for big $$$, but that doesn't change the fact that a) drafting him and then b) letting him rot on the bench without trading him was a phenomenal screw-up.

Just because the FO didn't to the absolute worst doesn't make this a likeable signing. It's just a shallow, boring, unfortunately almost predictable move by an organisation wasting every potential they got. I'm done here if we lose Andris and/or Monta in this process and have start Dooling/Baguette.

I wish the team was more creative and did something like Azubuke at around 2 mil for Quentin Richardson at 8.6 for 2 years than just signing Magette.
