Regardless, he is the holder of 2 3 point shots record the perceived #1 3 point shooter don't have in his resume.

I would love to see him become the BEST 3 point shooter of all time :) I think he really could be seen as such with a breakout come back year. I think Klay has more upside left than Curry...and has, IMO, had more take over clutch performances than Curry has.

Not saying he will become the leader...or best player...but I could see him becoming recognized as the best ever with a couple of dominating 3 point years.

Really? Isn't Curry one of the best 4th quarter scorers in history? That is when he had to play in the 4th quarter lol

Well I tried to find 4th quarter scoring by player...I found just this one. Curry (nor Klay are even top ten in 2018/19).

https://www.nba.com/article/2019/08/29/10-best-scorers-fourth-quarter-2018-19

And this from I think 2016/17 "Sorted by 4th Quarter PPG
Isaiah Thomas: 10.1 PP4 on 67.3% TS
Russell Westbrook: 9.5 PP4 on 55.9% TS
Kyle Lowry: 7.6 PP4 on 63.9% TS
Demarcus Cousins: 7.6 PP4 on 59.4% TS
Kawhi Leonard: 7.5 PP4 on 59.6% TS
Lou Williams: 7.3 PP4 on 59.2% TS
Jimmy Butler: 7.2 PP4 on 58.2% TS
Damian Lillard: 7.1 PP4 on 61.4% TS
LeBron James: 7.0 PP4 on 61.7% TS
Anthony Davis: 6.9 PP4 on 53.8% TS"

So no, Curry is not one of the best 4th quarter scorers in history. He might have been higher the year before and likely lost some of that with Durant on our squad.

Anyway, I just think there is a decent chance that Klay comes back from this injury and becomes a more dominant scorer and begin to average more points and a high shooting percentage than Curry.
