Kosta got outquicked by Bogut... just saw DX's profile and they were spot on (again)... refer to it, or keep basing quickness on the ability to run

All our players are crappy. They're slow, chuckers, hot heads, play down to crappy teams, can't shoot, our coach sucks and won't play bigs, our front office is inept. Damn the Spurs for not trading us Duncan for POB, Pietrus and a future 2nd rounder.

You guys just need to enjoy the games. We're 25-17, a few games out of first with the easiest part of our schedule coming up. What more do you want? What more can you do? These are our players, get over it.

While on the inactive list, Barnes found his 06-07 form.

Great pass/heat check by CJ... he was waiting for that guy to jump out at him to give Barnes an easy look.

If he was a pitcher, that would have been a balk... he didnt even set himself... on his next drive he needs a trademark Barnes over-the-top foul...

From the descriptions of the game so far, I'm mildly pleased to be at work right now.

Yeah, this is getting weird. I'm not sure what's going on, we all know about the toe and just a couple weeks ago the knee, but this is not even close to his normal self. It's been several games now and doesn't look like it'll change any time soon.

9-6 with 1.5 blks in 22 minutes... Cannot believe we got suckered into a 2 year deal with this guy... Whats more embarassing is that Cal product Rod Benson remains unsigned, dominating the D-League like a backup NBA C should...

510Reggae wrote:Why do I think he's dumb? He's Euro Pietrus... hes so excited to be in the game, he doesnt think when he's out there. Stupid mistakes, especially rotation wise. Sure, being a 7' guy that can walk without tripping will net you some points in the NBDL and low level Euroball, but this is the best league in the world.

There was very few ways to downgrade from Mbenga, but I think we found a way...

And I havent backed down from 1... the blocking thing was cracking a joke though..

But it might as well not have been one, Bogut thought he was being given the bucket.... DX apparently called out his inability to wrangle rebounds that aren't right to him. Didn't flip the switch until I saw that...

Keep trying JR... your the Kosta of these boards

Ok,
Now that we're at a break, I swear, cross my heart and stick a needle in my snatch, I'm TOTALLY NOT incensed.

This board doesn't get me incensed. There's really not all that much at stake. Anyone who is in the habit of getting incensed here (especially over our 4th string center) is dealing with some kind of self esteem deficiency. The main reason I was poking you with a stick last week was because you were getting so incensed about minutia, I though you could use some perspective in the form of ridicule. I hope it helped!

I actually find the disagreements interesting and entertaining when they aren't hysterical, and even when challenging someone's hysterics, it's still entertaining (but more in a "lauging at you, not with you" way.)

This particular arguement we can put to rest because we're not going to agree. Your perspective is that Kosta is slow because there are 6'8" players who are much faster than him. I understand your perspective and respecfully disagree. I don't need to convince you to agree with me. I'm fine without that validation.

And yes, this game does matter TO ME. All the games matter to me because I actually LIKE this team and get enjoyment from watching them play and cheering. I'm quirky that way. Go figure?

GREAT touch pass by Jack. More of that, less chucking!

For being the two best defenders by far, BD and Jack's defense the past few games has left a lot to be desired.
