Clippers hammer Houston....I think in the world of having the West come down to Clippers vs. Warriors I'm okay with that. A bunch of good teams at 3-1.

Told you guys about Crowder....he and Draymond are so alike....not sure I wouldn't rather have Crowder.

I recall a lot of us being pissed we passed on Crowder, but Dray was quite the consolation prize.

I think dray has proven he has a little more versatility on defense than crowder, though crowder has a better offensive arsenal.

Still the miss on that draft was not getting Drummond.

Really ... whose jury? Only the homerest of all homers could even argue Barnes over Drummond

Or, you know, anyone that questions Drummond's performance in 20mpg on the friggin Pistons vs. Barnes' starter performance in a playoff environment against the leagues best teams.

I'm not even trying to say Barnes was a bad pick, or he didn't play well in the playoffs, I'm not going to rehash how or why Barnes did so well in the playoffs, but potential franchise center/defensive anchor vs potential all-star wing.

Let's put it another way ... we wouldn't even be talking about trading lee for an improvement at the big spot if we had Drummond. Or thinking about ways to balance the team.

Ugh....watching Lakers gag away a huge lead..then both teams sitting on thesame point totals for like 6 minutes down the stretch lol.....Houston looks okay...but they are not an upper echelon team IMO....nice 45-50 team...6th seed maybe.

Lakers are horrible. Looks like Nash, Gasol, and three of the guys I play against at lunch.

So everyone who might say Barnes over Drummond is a homer...and its not even arguable?

And trade Lee constantly.

And effing stretch 4...blah blah blah

Those are all decent points to make from time to time...just can't handle the non stop over and over in every thread push for those opinions....there is room for discussion.

And I said I might take Crowder over Draymond, but you won't here me bringing it up over and over and over...you sound like One Trick Paul...the poster.

Pretty much. He'll there's a trade value post for kwahi, Monroe, and Barnes and everyone has Barnes last except black falcon. Surprise surprise. If Barnes has less value than Monroe and the pistons value Drummond more than Monroe due to them not offering Monroe a contract would mean Drummond has more value than Monroe and Monroe is already more valuable than Barnes. So yes only a homer would say Barnes is more valuable than Drummond.

I didn't suggest trading lee anywhere for a long time. Jester did. Didn't say anything about a stretch 4 even said I don't want ersan. All I said is if we were to deal w mil we should be looking at Henson.

So maybe you need some new talking points. Since you can only rehash stuff that hasn't been brought up in a while.

Crowder over draymond come on man you're talking about 8th men on teams like switching them would have major impacts. It'd be marginal if anything.

Whereas having Drummond would give us a high potential big, which the team currently lacks when the team has a surplus of quality wings. Yea lets bring up the inconsequential one like switching 8th men is relevant. When you should just be happy we even found a player in the 2nd rd.

Its an around the NBA thread and my original post talks about Crowder looking good...which he is. I mentioned Draymond because of the similarity of both during that draft.

This aint the trade thread. You brought up Drummond. And then of course it went in the direction it always does with many of you.

I get what you're saying about Drummond and can't say that he's (Barnes) better long term than Drummond, but the constant re-hash is the part I'm commenting on....and its not just you.

How about we stop complaining about what thoughts other people choose to voice. Instead if you want to reduce the dominance of a certain point of view, one really should instead offer something more compelling in a positive and pro-active way. You catch more flies with honey and you don't end up stinking like vinegar.

Yes, I realize this post is highly ironical.
