It would be silly for the Warriors to make a trade right now of it's key guys and that includes Lee. Next summer will be the time to make adjustments and shed salary if needed, not now. I have been a major advocate of trading Barnes, but I wouldn't even think of trading him now. It isn't because of his play, it's because you don't screw with success.

If the concern is paying Green his next contract and not able to do much more or because of the luxury tax ramifications, the front office will move Lee and possible Dre to make room. I feel pretty good that the Warriors have plans to free up the cap space to improve and re-sign Green. The front office had no qualms about adding Love and Klay's extensions to their cap for 2015.

Iggy for MKG + Neal. Iggy gets back to starting, and this would make Charlotte better. Not sure if they would be willing but if they're really looking to deal perhaps. MKG in some ways reminds of a young Iggy.

IDK, but maybe we have to throw in our 1st.

MKG is untouchable and their most valuable player according to Hornets-fans. I wouldn't waste much thought on such a deal.

I'm not a huge fan of MKG in our system. MKG is shooting better, but he isn't a threat from the outside. I would take Barnes over him.

Maybe a fan favorite but not necessarily of the FO. He wasn't on the FO's list of "untouchables".

A lot and I mean a lot of posturing, cuddling, ass kissing, you name it the front office would need to do to keep Curry happy, if you trade away his friend Dre. I would be shocked if Dre was traded anytime in the near future because of his close relationship with Curry.

Are there any recent indications about how close these two are? From what one can see, I don't feel able to say he's any closer with Iggy than he is with Bogut, Klay or Dray for example.

Yeah I agree. I think if Charlotte was playing well, they'd make a Iggy for Mkg trade. I don't think that happens now though with how poorly they're playing.

Bet they'd do a Lance-Iggy swap though. It'd save us up to 27 mil in cap space over a three year period. Too bad there's the risk of him killing our team chemistry because that'd be a terrific trade for us. If we weren't playing out of our minds I'd say we should be pushing for that deal hard.

Not sure if the savings is enough for me. But who knows, with what kerr has shown thus far, maybe he dould do something to corral Lance. IDK. He's certainly a good player when he's focused. Dudes averaging almost 8 rpg which is unbelievable for a 2 guard and is a great defensive player when he puts his mind to it.

Big problem with him is that he wants to be a scorer and loves to shoot 3s which he's only hitting @ a .184 clip. Talented though. Not sure if he'd be satisfied playing behind Klay either. He sure seems to have worn out his welcome rather quickly over in Charlotte.

Yeah we'd really be gambling on the fact that Kerr could get through to him. And say what you want about Lance...He does hustle pretty hard. He is shooting abysmally from 3 but he's not jacking em Josh Smith style. He's only attempting 2 per a game. Which is pretty impressive when you consider the fact that defenders are playing him with a 3 foot cushion the majority of the time. Whether he'd buy into a 6th man role is another question.

I'd take Lance on the condition he slaps himself at least twice in each game he plays for us.

If the Warriors went 82-0, there'd still be "trade so in so" threads on here after the 82nd game. smh. Im just gonna enjoy the ride and witness some beautiful basketball :)

I know "The Condor's" numbers were through the roof, but Draymond did a hell of a job on him.

Dray's game reminds me of Anthony Tolliver's. Offense only.

Would you guys like me to edit the title of the thread since the whole trade discussion has now seemingly been tabled? Thread could be used as Dray discussion base similar to the one to the Barnes thread (except hopefully with less keyboard screaming)

Right. I don't see any "special" bond beyond what's typical of teammates who get along. Curry likely is MOST concerned about the players nessecery to WINNING. Hard to say Iggy is on that list.

Draymond? That's a different story. Iggy may have the REP.. but Dray is the guy who's become what Iggy used to be..the D guy..rebounder/passer/scorer. Short of some OMG deal... Dray will stay. Iggy? I won't be surprised if he's gone before the deadline.....especially if there's a deal where we save $ or get SOME sort of asset.

Of players on the team...Dray is one I can safely say is NOT traded anytime soon.
CENSORED... No comment.

By "Dre", do you mean Andre, or Draymond? From the way this thread has bounced around, I'm not sure....
