Ask yourself that again when you see the Warriors drafting 1 of Mobley, Green, Suggs, Cunningham or Kuminga draft night.

You also gave us a 2nd rounder as well, FYI.

And for what it’s worth, I think the Warriors should have been the ones trading picks to the Wolves in that deal, not the other way around.

for me it’s Holmgren or bust..I only saw him play once but I fell immediately in love. Let the Wolves keep the 21 pick..With guys like Towns, Russell and especially Edwards, they have no hope of improving much in 22

Which ones of Mobley, Green, Suggs, Cunningham or kuminga will be drafted in the top 3 which you might get with your own pick. I know you want the wolves pick to be in the 4 to 8 range, thats 5 picks in the lotto system. Kudos to you if you get that pick. With Kat thats highly unlikely without Kat its likely.

A bird in the hand. It has to be pretty unlikely that the Wolves finish that incredibly bad next season, and the ping pongs do us a favour and give us the #1 pick in 2022. It'd be amazing, but it looks like this season there are 5-6 players already that could go top 3, and the Wolves with KAT injured and DloL leading them will be bad enough to finish bottom 5.

Who knows, dare I say it (whelp), we may end up picking at #2 and #4 next draft :-? .

Cunningham
Curry / Jalen Green / Colonel Jessup
Klay / Wiggins
Green
Wiseman

How bout that for a core

We definitely do, but we have a deep cover agent who's there to lose games for you.. I cant give out his name for his own protection, but we have a lot of faith in him

But I dont think the Wolves are a playoff team at full strength anyways, so I think we're haggling in terms of a 5-14 type pick no matter what KAT's health is. We'll see, but as a W's fan, you're spot on that we love seeing <redacted> run the team, because we know that pain and its a very, very tough thing to watch

I like your optimism, but I think your basing your 2 wins off the 1st 2 games far too highly. If you think the 1st 2 games of a season are a baromoter of how teams will travel the whole season if injures and Covid don't appear, your being a bit disingenious. All teams can start hot or start bad, but in the end when things settle down, the chemistry and talent shines. It's a shame KAT has had an injury now (He does not deserve that ess), because you guys could have potentially built on that, but even if he didn't get injured, other teams would have found their groove and Minny would have come back to the mean, which is likely a historically terrible team on defense with DloL, Edwards, KAT, Beasley and Layman playing major minutes.

You guys will be bad dude, as will we now with Klay's injury. Again, I like your optimism, but calling a spade a spade.

Then we made your team, easy to dream, I know that from the timberwolves board. I don't dream. I live in the real world just like I do on the timberwolves site. Like I said if Kat comes back quick, it will be in the 10 to 15 range, if he doesn't it will be in the 7 to 10 range. I look at the facts, 2-0 with Kat, 0 - 3 without Kat. Even though their not always right, we are projected to be no lower than the 10th seed with Kat and a chance for the playoffs.

I realistically expect the Wolves pick to wind up in the 8-12 range.. we'd have to be very #blessed for the Wolves to be a bottom 4 team and not retain their pick.

But I'll be honest, outside of Cunningham I really am not familiar with this draft, though I've heard good things. But I will say this - stay away from the Stanford wing, Zaire.. aside from being a disgusting Cardinal, just can't shoot.

All good then, sounds like a fab little world you are talking yourself into there, full of leprechauns, rainbows and gumdrops. Good luck on the season, we'll chat again draft night.

Check out highlights of Jalen Green FNQ. Amazing.

Also, Evan Mobley could be generational.

We now know Dlo can't be a 2 but only a 1. It took me 3 games to figure that out, hopefully our coaching staff can see that too. Anyways It will be hard to win without Kat. The next 5 games will say a lot.

I read You and FNQ statements and I agree with both of you. We started hot last year with arguable lesser talent then we have now. Granted I believe we are the third youngest team in the league don't quote me on that but I know I'm close. I just go by facts this year and we looked really good against the Jazz, Kats last game. With covid and factors on other teams like Houston, no saying yet on how the season will turn out but I like to respectfully post on your board with you guys in friendly competition.

As a rule, no generational talent can go to USC. And I apologize to all USC grads but its well known you all hella suck

I'll try and check him out when he plays the good guys this year, but I'm definitely hoping for more of a wing player in the draft. Someone who could push Wiggins to the bench with a healthy Klay - or barring that, a microwave that comes in and just starts shooting.

Will check out Green more when the GLeague starts, but I definitely am worried that every outlet questions his jumper

Over the last 4 games the Timberwolves are -110 with D'Angelo Russell on the court and +6 with him off the court.

Didnt catch any of that game but should I guess that he was guarding Murray tonight?

I had him in my DFS play (Murray of course) assuming that was the case, but just wondering for future matchups

I want Russell to play 48 minutes a night.

Not necessary, just his 29 mpg is enough to completely destroy any chance of the timberwolves winning.

Return to Golden State Warriors
