Curry telling Steve to put Gui in the game

Hope Curry override Kerr's decision more... especially when he is white hot and get benched.

This is actually part of what makes Kerr a great coach. He empowers his staff and players, and listens to them. He understands that good ideas can come from others, not just him.

Its the complete opposite of where i see companies headed, including my own.

You also have to know who to listen to and who not to listen to. Not everyone wants the same outcome or believes doing plan A is the best way, some think it's plan B or C. This is also where trust between players and the coach comes into play and understanding everyone is headed in the same direction. In GS, Kerr will listen to Curry and Draymond with very little questioning them on what they're saying, they've built that trust with Kerr, Butler hasn't but you know you need to trust him and hopefully Butler gains that trust with him.

At this time, I think it's pretty easy to see, Butler isn't looking to put up numbers, he's trying to win and with that, a coach new to him can usually trust he's not being selfish in his ideas. Looking at the other guys, I think Podz is starting to earn Kerr's trust more and probably will be one of the more important players for this franchise in the future.

Jimmy takes his time. JK rushes. JK needs to slow the eff down. But that's how 22 year olds are. Premature in a lot of ways.

And for reference. Jimmy was 22 when he came into the league and averaged 2.6 points his first season. Jimmy wasn't a star until the season he turned 25. I don't understand why people don't think JK can grow. He's raw but people have been that before. Not accusing you of doing that btw.

I personally think that Kuminga doesn't have that bball iq that Jimmy always had, trust me, i watched 95 percent of Bulls games at that period

It's a completely different path and situation.
- Butler was a 30th pick and drafted to be a defensive player and work on his 3 ball which he die.
- Butler's 3rd season, the Bulls had tons of injuries which allowed Butler to expand his game some and he showed promise which Thibodeau did give him more offensive responsibility instead of the 3&d role he had been playing.
- Butler locked himself into a gym after his 3rd season and became an all-star the next season.
- IT TOOK BUTLER ONE OFFSEASON to go from being a 3&D role-player to being a 20 ppg All-Star.

You need to understand the context other than Butler became an all-star at age 25/4th year, Butler had to work hard to get where he was. It wasn't a slow evolution; he was given an opportunity and worked his a** off to make the most of that opportunity in less than 1 year.

The other thing is that full power play-off Jimmy probably takes too much of a toll on his body, all of those FTs involve contact for a start. I am absolutely fine with him just doing enough to win regular season games as he is at the moment

The last three quarters of this game the Dubs played maybe their best defense in a couple of years. Can they make it all the way to the third seed?

Comparing Jimmy and JK is beyond hilarious. Jimmy has some of the best intangibles in the entire league and has an incredibly high IQ. JK is on the complete opposite end of the spectrum on both of aspects. The latter of which is something you either have or don't.
