Players don't get that if you don't take the open shot, the defense can cheat off you some so they can pressure the rest of the team (I'm sure they're told this on a regular basis and then just ignore it on the court), Podz has to take open 3, good lord he had Gobert out there meaning no Gobert near the basket to stop an offensive rebound.

Warriors don't really have guys you can just give the ball and they create. The offense is predicated on player and ball movement, getting open shots.

The whole vibe of the team changes (for the better) when Podz is off the court! When Podz is on the court they play like a scared team + tossing grenades.
