I've gotta hope MIA fans dont see this...

Anything that puts Wade as the focus makes the Heat worse. Wade can create for his teammates, but it sure isn't his strong suit. I consider Wade an Ellis with a much better (re:stronger) NBA body. Getting Marion, another player who's completely dependent on others, isn't going to help them.

The Heat need to hit a HR in this draft... DeAndre Jordan HAS to be their #1 target. Simply put, Wade is not a #1 option guy... for all the Kobe v Wade talk, Wade's ideal role is and will always be a second banana...

Unless he gets all those favorable whistles like he did against Dallas...

Its a win-win deal IMO. The Suns have their halfcourt offense vastly improved while only losing perimeter defense (like they care)... the Heat could get an insane amount of capspace (16m) and satisfy the fanbase with 'star quality'...

Sorry but i gotta respond to this..

Wade is not the same as Ellis..he averages twice as many assists. Wade was top 10 in assists the past 2 seasons...this season hes #12.

Shaq made Haslem better and 3pt shooters better..but Wade is a slasher who likes to get in the lane ...Shaq clogs the lane with double teams and takes away touches from Wade...If anything Shaq held Wade back individually .....Wade stats are better w/o Shaq.

as a matter of fact Wade hasnt been a 2nd option since his rookie year..where Lamar Odom was the 1st option(for the regular season).

Going just by boxscores, yes, Wade only averages double what Monta does... passing ability wise, they are about the same... not a dis on Wade at all. The TOs speak for themselves... Wade's clearly the superior player, but their styles are the same.

As for that Shaq holding Wade back nonsense... were you talking about fantasy hoops? All your talking about is stats... unless you expect Wade to put 30+ a game, and have the Heat start winning... because your making it seem that the Heat got better just by losing Shaq..

You should probably actually look at his stats in games Nash misses over the past 4 years(all of his stats go up except the FG% which drops like 5%).
