One year minimum, same as the Warriors would offer. So yeah, if the W's actually did offer it, he clearly made a different choice.

Not sure why we'd be going after Malik Beasley honestly. With limited resources and roster spots, we already have guys who can do what he does.

Melo and amare should thrive in this offense. If Jeremy Tyler and cole Aldridge looked that good in summer league then us knick fans have a lot to be excited about. Make room for all the bandwagoners when we take off

Admittedly I have only seen Christian Wood when he plays against us, but he seems pretty good offensively which we now need off the bench and he at least sets screens better than Wiseman. Defensively I didn't pay attention in the games but the advanced stats say he's mediocre, not horrendous. So why is he seemingly universally reviled? Is it an attitude issue? I wouldn't mind him and Saric as our backup bigs. It would add even more diversity to the offense like Draymond said. Of course, anyone that has seen him play more than me is welcome to enlighten me on his shortcomings.

Exactly. Looks like nobody wants to play here. Hangover from the punch, or just hangover from the team looking crappy all last year? Can't blame a FA from choosing to sign with PHX, the Lakers, or the Bucks instead. They have as good a chance at a ring, or better, and nobody's going to sucker punch them in the mouth.

I thought so too. Someone (not the Warriors) could claim him if they have $2.2M in cap space or a trade exception worth that much. Thursday he becomes a FA.

I don't think we have any minutes for him to develop.

If he is ok with a 2 way I think that might work but not sure if he is eligible.

It seems like he still needs quite a bit of work to be on the main roster..

I thought so too but lurked the Magic forum and realized he had a hot streak and then cooled off massively.
