I'm loving Kuminga's footwork. He likes to drive the ball to the rim and do all kinds of spin moves, pivots, eurosteps, etc. inside the paint.
Yes it looks sloppy, but I see the potential. With experience he could be that guy who could get you a quick bucket in the paint when his team's shots aren't falling. He's shown some good passes inside the paint, too. Could be a guy who drive to the rim, draw a double team, and either score inside (with either power or finesse) or make a good pass after drawing the double team.
GSW got a great rookie duo in someone with slashing and post ability (Kuminga) and shooting (Moses.)
Edit: Also love his quickness in combination with his length and athleticism on his drives. He can start with the ball on the outside, yet his long strides and footwork get him to the rim with ease.... and considering he'll have a ton of spacing inside with Steph and Klay on the perimeter and he'll have great looks in the rim.
On another note, I wonder how he'll do if he's on the floor with Wiseman. Wiseman is a lob threat so perhaps it could improve Kuminga's passing game when he gets to the paint, draws the double, and either throws the lob to Wiseman or a simple pass inside to him.
