If they're not going to guarantee Mulder they have to waive him today.

He really can't stick anywhere. He might be worth a look if they feel that he's an upgrade over Mulder.

Melo and amare should thrive in this offense. If Jeremy Tyler and cole Aldridge looked that good in summer league then us knick fans have a lot to be excited about. Make room for all the bandwagoners when we take off

If we have a open spot, I prefer a big. (ie Cousins) GRIII skills overlap a lot of what we already have (Oubre, Wigs, Lee, Blaze, Toscano).

Remember when people were upset that we ‘missed out on’ GRIII before the season?

Well if the Warriors signed him, they'd probably have cut Mulder.

Here are their stats:

Mulder, top line is this season, second line is career.

STATS
Regular Season
Career
GP MIN FG% 3P% FT% REB AST BLK STL PF TO PTS
30 11.1 46.3 42.7 61.5 1.0 0.5 0.2 0.2 0.9 0.3 4.4
37 14.5 43.2 38.1 68.0 1.4 0.6 0.2 0.2 1.3 0.4 5.6

Here is GR3:

23 2 16.0 1.8-4.3 42.4 0.7-1.9 36.4 0.9-1.0 91.3 0.5 1.5 2.0 0.9 0.1 0.2 1.0 0.5 5.3
304 105 17.4 2.3-5.0 45.7 0.6-1.7 37.3 0.8-1.0 77.9 0.7 1.9 2.5 0.8 0.2 0.5 0.9 0.5 5.9

Robinson hasn't shot it as well as Mulder this season. Nor as well as his stint with the Warriors.

Got better size and athleticism so he's gotten more minutes, even this season.

Could be a wash, though their overall career shooting is similar.

GR3 could guard 1-3. Not sure if Mulder can guard anyone other than 2s.

I don't think Mulder's contract is guaranteed yet. I'd have no problem cutting him to add GR3. A much more dynamic player. Lee is sort of a bigger version of Mulder anyway, and MM has fallen out of the rotation.

LeBron is gonna pull his hair out when Damian Jones keep missing layups. Don't see how he stays after 10 days are over.

Too late, JR Smith already got all of it.

For next season I wouldn’t mind getting a physical big man to pair with Wiseman in practice. Everyday sparring against a big body helps.

I wanted a guy like Tyson Chandler this season to give him some tips and tricks. Especially since Chandler came to the league as a HS and less polished than James. Better than Smailagic rotting in the G-league.

Not sure if there's any merit/good to this, but maybe we can sign Festus Ezeli to a non-guaranteed deal for this season? We definitely depth at the 5 who can rebound and defend. But, it remains to be seen what Ezeli can do after having a career-ending surgery to his knee? He recently was signed to the New York Knicks' G League affiliate team trying to make a comeback.

Too late for non-guaranteed contracts, a prorated, minimum contract is the best you can do now. I can't imagine they would bring Ezeli back, though.

If bkake gets bought out, hed be worth taking a flier on. Hes at least a pf that can spread the floor and might actually be able to share a court with wiseman. EP loses minutes and plays in certain match ups.

Sure, that's the whole point of him agreeing to a buyout.
