Wiggins wouldn't be included. Just #8, Robinson and a future first for #2.

How about Knicks 2021 1st top-5 protected, then top-3 protected, then top-1 protected, then unprotected?

Mitch, #8, and Mavs 2021 1st rd pick
for
#2

My bad, that’s not a bad offer. Just not big on Robinson. But could just be his situation.

How about Knicks 2021 1st top-10, top-5, top-1?

With those protections, if things go well, you'll probably be handing the pick over in 2022, if things go really well in 2021 and if things go badly in 2023.

This is the NYK, where poop are treated like gold.

I imagine they want Wiggins and #2, for their #8 and garbage salary matching. And tell GSW how their garbage and salary dump is great for GSW.

If the Knicks want #2 for #8 its Barrett or lightly protected future FRP or bust.

I’d almost certainly do this deal, and would target Vassell or Haliburton at #8 (3-and-D wing, both those guys have skill sets that would allow them to contribute right away).

Robinson is already very good, a great rim protector and finisher, and should continue to improve. The only concern I have is his lack of range next to Draymond. I’d try to use the TPE + MLE to try to somehow add a stretch 4 or 5 (Olynyk with TPE?) and 1 more wing....
If I don't have anything funny to say, can I still have a signature?

Does Robinson rebound?

That was a problem with Damien Jones. Oh and completely lost when switched to a ball handler.

I really like Robinson. He can rebound, play D, and be a good rim runner.

I still remember evening highlights of him running at 3 pt shooters and blocks their shots. I still remember myself asking (and many NYK fans) why coach doesn't put him in. And when he comes in, he stops opponent runs.

I don't think dumping Wiggins is a plus....unless it's part of a thee way trade getting us something more than that. I actually like Wiggins on the Warriors...many do.

Didn't the Knicks offer something like Frank and Knox for D-Lo? Such an absurdly junk offer.

I kinda agree with Barkley when he talks about stat padders on bad teams. Stats don't mean much when your a terrible team. That's the one worry I have with some of our guys from this year, I mean Chriss was cut multiple times and became a featured 2nd option by the end of the year. That's a little scary. Reminds me of when Adonal Foyle finished a 19 win season strong towards the end and we gave him a big long term deal lol.

The Robinson trade I liked was if the Knicks intended to draft Wiseman where Robinson would become redundant we would trade them Paschall for him. But that's not gonna happen since we finished ahead of them.

I would just take Wiseman, I think in the long run him and Paschall could play well together. Paschall is a bulldozer attacking the rim with some fire to him and Wiseman is good on defense and can shoot the jumper to balance the combo in the long run.

Anyone see the similarity in Wiseman and a slightly more mature David Robinson?

I want 8, ‘21 NYK 1st (it can be top 3 protected, similar to Minny pick) plus the ‘23 Dallas pick.

I think its possible there are multiple teams looking to trade into our spot and the conversations start with ‘21 frp or similar valued asset.

This guy is 7'....Wiseman....look at this stuff by a 7' player...
Are we REALLY wondering if this guy is a potential NBA stud?

I was relieved when we got the #2 pick. But now I worry that Wiseman might be to much of a workout freak where someone will trade into Minnesota's spot. Dwight Howard was this super skinny high school kid with little footage and no college experience and his athleticism and measureables were so eye popping he went #1 in the draft. People may realize this guys just a much better bet due to his workouts that they feel the need to make a deal into that #1 slot.

I could see the Spurs or Boston trading into it if Minnesota isn't enamored with anyone. I mean we are really banking on them liking Edwards which may not happen. Imo I think Deni might be the type of high IQ small forward they need, but he's not a lights out shooter or jump out of the gym guy so I doubt a work out does much for him. Luka couldn't gain much in workouts. The workouts boost guys like Wiseman who are freak athletes.

Wiseman or Edwards is fine by me. I prefer Wiseman with his potential. I take a cheap version of Harden as 6th man if Wiseman is gone.

I am just happy NCAA did GSW a favor by not letting Wiseman showcase his skills. And with questions, he might just drop to GSW. I just hope Myers doesn't do another version of Jones, Evans, Poole draft... Instead of listening to Mylie10.... And not draft Wiseman for some "need" or "upside" no other media scouts see.

I like Wiseman and I like the skill he is showing in his videos but he is going against 5'6" guys on an open court. There is no help defense and he doesn't have to make any reads...just rip and go. If he is available at 2 I would be cool taking a flyer but the more I think about it the more I see them trading the pick.

Not sure which one of you was the Paul Reed stan but after looking at him and Tyler Bey, I’d be happy with one of those guys if we can package up a bunch of junk (2nd rd picks + cash) and grab one of them at the end of the 1st rd.

Paul Reed looking like Siakam and Tyler Bey like Shawn Marion (stole that comp from someone else).

I was pushing Paul Reed last fall.

There are so many players I like in that 15-25 group in most mocks, I'd love the Warriors to get in there, but chances are the cost won't be considered worth it.
