JJ is cooking dray, just going right at him.

Hate to say it, but dray might need to be a full time 5. Hes been struggling alot defending the perimeter.

Play the guys that can play motion, offense looks good. Start mixing and matching schemes, we look like a g league team.

Its been a trend the whole season with this group. It's not a one off.

1-3-1 zone against the backup squad is just great coaching... its Buddy Hield as the only legitimate shooter and they continue to run a motion offense against it, playing right into its hands

also good to see Buddy get going, but very clear why its unsustainable. Aside from the fouled layup, he's effectively had to create his own shots. Not worked anywhere else but hey, why not

There was no Schroder forced initiating, it was built off Steph/Dray. We used to consistently play guys who played well off of them.. used to play to the strengths of those players and put teams on the defensive

We didnt used to score 4 points in the first 5 minutes

Cant be brushed off as a coincidence, they should start with what works best

Moody is turning into shabazz Muhammad. He's next assist might be his first.

Hes regressing.

1. Spo will eat Kerr a live with adjustments in the game
2. Looney deserves to play against second units at least.
3. Hockey units are back…

yeah.. a couple of flash games here and there but even the defensive stuff is down. Rooting for him but just not expecting much anymore. On par with Lindy at this point

This used to be bad, this is now likely good. But they arent really doing it

There should be a motion lineup (+ a couple reserves) and a PnR lineup (+ a couple reserves)

Guys like Podz, Wiggins, and GP2 can be in either. I'd add Hield to that, but they really dont run him like they should in motion :dontknow:

My point is, anyone else but Steph would probably miss those shots. And on top of that, Steph had already missed shots that we’d expect him to make.

Again, he’s just hit two 3’s in a row with a screen from Green in both cases against a zone.
