Proof is in pudding. Even in the short time he has been here, his picks have been bad. Donnot know if it is coaching or aging roster, but the team is getting worse each year. Performance is measured relatively, and relatively he is bad.

I approve of all of his picks and I'm pleased with his trades and signings so far as well.
