A better start offensively. Defense still great. Blow this out early so Curry can rest that thumb.

I wish Kerr would have stuck with the starters longer. This lineup scares me.

Kerr sure does know how to get rid of momentum. 25-point lead and takes out 4 starters. Now down to 15.

Kerr needs to stop testing out these crazy lineups. You do that early in the season, not 1 or 2 games before the playoffs.

I don't think one can approach it that easily. Against a hyper athletic team like the Rockets Kuminga will be important.

Against a hyper athletic team like the Rockets you need better offense execution. JK is going to drag everything down

This was a great defensive game from the Dubs but we won't beat the Clippers if we'll shoot like this from three.

So Sunday will be the start of the playoffs. That's as big as a playoff game anyway.

If Lebron will be out for the first few games of Rd 1, then we must grab that 6th seed. Luka won't be able to carry that team alone. I doubt he'll be out though.

Man i don't know that Kuminga has a role in playoffs i think his low iq plays will cost the team games, game just stops when he has a ball, he can score some, but he gets his team out of offensive rythm and he is turnover prone, defensively he can be disruptive, but he is not good team defender, and he is bad rebounder, i really think he shouldn't be in rotation at all

It's interesting to me that not many seemed to notice when Portland got within 14 late in the 3rd Butler changed from taking what they're giving to imposing his will until he made that 3pt shot last night nearing the middle of the 4th. Butler started coming out to get the ball (basically demanding the ball) and attacking vs sitting back and waiting for the pass and then drove nearly always looking to score. From 1:07 left in the 3rd to 7:28 in the 4th (just over 6 minutes) he scored 14 points to make sure Curry didn't have to come back into the game.
Butler coming out to get the ball looking to score.

I do get that it's really odd to see a guy looking to pass an uncontested layup only to go into scoring mode near the end of that same quarter. It's all mindset, I guess he just has that much faith he can flip the switch which he's been doing for years now so until he feels he needs to score, he's going to try to get shots for his teammates.

Need to see more of scoring mode Butler from game 82 and on for this season/play-in (if needed)/playoffs.
