BOS was a joke last season. LAL was a fringe playoff team. PHX was a regular season darling and a playoff joke. NO was considered barely a fringe playoff team - adding Chandler, Peja, and MoPete in the last couple seasons while developing West has payed off huge for them.
Our next move should be to get Nellie to evaluate personnel and get our team a traditional / old-school coach to go with our traditional / old-school new types of players, Tay-Dre-Wright. Its too late for POB... but add him to that young core and thats 4 great prospects to mold.
