The guy can't have two good games in a row, whatever the reason.

i mean, there are MVPs, stars, starters, key bench and bench warmers. Podz right now is part of key bench group in year 3, unless he can constantly making that three, i dont see him becoming a great player.

I know he rebounds well, takes charges, and hustles. All good qualities. But he's terrible on defense, gets blown by time after time, and on offense, holds the ball constantly and creates absolutely nothing. And his shooting is very erratic.

I honestly don't see a leap. He looks exactly the same. And that's not a good thing. Oversold. At this point, it appears to be nothing more than pure propaganda.

21 turnovers a game average over the preseason, oof. I saw a few that were timing/anticipation issues because of new teammates but a lot were not, the old shooting yourself in the foot / unforced error types.

The preseason hasn’t really inspired confidence. I know we’re hurt but no one had a good preseason outside of Steph. Moody looked like he may have taken a step but he got hurt. Jk looked like he was buying in but then he got hurt. Podz hasn’t looked good outside of a quarter. Dray hasn’t looked good.

i think its safe to say this is a 0.5 team without Butler again. I would be surprised if we can make 55 wins.

Hard to say without seeing Melton who is our 2nd or 3rd best guard.

Thought we’d see horford open things up a bit more but he kind of seems meh.

Looks like it’s going to be another carry job by 30 and jb.

I think one team and one team only will have 55+ wins in the west this season. If we get to 50 I'd consider that a success. There's a lot of competitive teams this year. Borderline everybody except Utah and maybe Kings. Blazers could be bad of course too but I don't think the Suns are going to be doormats. Booker is still a great player and they don't have their own picks. Wins will be hard to come by for everybody in this conference.

Problem is these games count starting on Tuesday, so with them missing key players they can't afford to give away a bunch of early games from sloppiness. Those 20+ turnover games are killers even against bad teams. Hopefully Jimmy's fine, they need him back the most.

Bamba really busted. I always thought he was way too hyped. Just not enough IQ and no offensive game. Not a great athlete either. Literally just has a ton of length and that’s it.

Any updates on Cryer? Cryer deserves a spot on our roster even though I know that we're trying to stay under the second apron threshold. Hope we can find a way to keep him.
