He ain't wrong. I used to get worried when Klay tried to dribble too much; Buddy is making Klay's handles look closer to Kyrie's!

Meh. Curry got picked off one on one too. It happens. Really it was a freaking great play by Addams. He got to the ball without fouling despite Buddy trying to keep it far from him. I'd be more on Buddy about his mistakes if anyone gave him any credit for being a good player. His defense, rebounding, running the floor, motion without the ball, and all-around effort are way ahead of the guy he replaced. He's the new VladRad: a decent sub whose comical mistakes make casuals think he is worse than he is.

Looking like winner of Warriors/Rockets will face Minnesota. Could be a 6 vs 7 second round matchup. Really wish GS had won that Clippers game... they'd have home court if they made it to second round.

I agree, despite his obvious flaws, I think he should start over moody or gp2. Pairing him with curry and dray seems to be the best use of his skillset.

On the steal, it's not about getting stripped as much as it is about the decision to dribble into traffic when dray has flashed and is calling for the ball. His brain farts are just absurd in their level of comedy but that doesn't meant he's a bad player.

Just steal home court advantage like they did with Houston.

I think we're as good on the road as we are at home. I really don't mind starting the series on the road and just hope we can win our home games vs hou.

Also, if we had won, we'd be playing the Lakers in the 3, right? Not sure I love that matchup more than this one, at least not a week ago.

Wolves are playing great right now with Ant leading them but yeah it would be better them than Luka, Lebron, and the refs. Got to finish Houston first. And finish them quick before they injure another key player.

vvoland wrote:I'm sure cdm is out there screaming this into the void but I think it's time to start buddy over moody. Less so for what hield had done but the fact that moody can't buy a shot. 9 of his last 32 from 3 in his last 7 games; 4/21 in 5 of them. Defense is solid and people close out but he can't attack off the dribble, even on a closeout, and might as well pair him with the defensive bench unit.

Buddy is too low IQ and a terrible defender to be a starter. The good thing about this series so far is that despite the Warriors struggling offensively, they've been amazing defensively. Even if Moody is not doing well offensively, he will be so much better. You don't want Houston's guys to get hot early on and then carry that through the rest of the game because they switched on Buddy and bullied him.

Buddy works as a very tight leash from the bench.

If we won that game we would have played the clippers in the next round. Rather play against wolves than clippers even if we didn’t have home court advantage.

I'm constantly amazed how clueless some Warriors fans are.

He's doing everything possible to not get injured before entering free agency in the offseason. That, or he hasn't fully recovered from missing 60+ days for the ankle injury.

Yeah, he's playing it safe.
