I got Cade, Mobley, Kuminga, Suggs, Green. Happy with any of them but want Cunningham by a large margin.

Bassey has a great highlight reel. Maybe also consider DayRon Sharpe if the Dubs keep their second first rounder. Another young big who could develop into a quality piece. Needs to improve his FT shooting, but he rebounds well. And he's 19. And BTW -- why is anybody on this board talking about trading JW? The kid is 19 and has all kinds of skills. Just needs a 2-3 years of seasoning. Heck, in 6 years he'll still be 25. He hurt his wrist a couple weeks ago. Have some patience. Without Klay the Dubs aren't going deep in the playoffs anyway. Think the next 2-3 seasons, if both Klay and Steph are healthy. Wiggins is still young. Lots to look forward to here.

Mobley would be the obvious choice if we can trade Wiseman for a young wing/guard prospect, otherwise Cade or Suggs are the obvious choices, and then Green/Kuminga
but you can't really go wrong with any of these guys, it's unfortunate our 2nd overall was last year, not in this class, but hopefully we can land that Minny pick.

I feel confident that Mobley could play the 4 next to wiseman. His movement ability should allow him to stay with anyone on the perimeter. Both wiseman and Mobley show signs of being able to shoot and Mobley has enough passing ability I think they could make it work on offense.

Re: 2021 Draft Prospects Thread: Send in what you find
and here I thought we were on the same page, you want to draft Mobley just to put him at the 4 next to Wiseman?
if you want to keep Wiseman might as well just take Cade or Suggs at that point. otherwise you **** trade Wiseman because Mobley is just a much better prospect at BOTH the 4 AND 5.

I think Mobley can play the 4 so he could fit with Wiseman. I think it'll be a few seasons before he can actually play the 5 full time. To be honest I would trade Wiseman and the minny pick for Mobley. I just think Mobley would be able to play the 4 with wiseman and if we have Steph and Klay they would be able to provide enough spacing on offense for the 2 to play together. Hell we play with draymond who teams don't guard at all with just Steph. See if they can fit together or not and if they can't then ship out wiseman. I'm still not sure if Wiseman is strictly a drop center or not though it's seemingly becoming that way, but if he's not then having wiseman and mobley together theoretically would be able to cover so much ground on defense we'd be in the running for the no 1 defense for years to come.

Yeah, that's what I'd like to see. I don't know if we're keeping Oubre, but if he stays I'd go big with Thompson coming back. I'd love to see Wiseman and Mobley play together.

Forget thinking of Cade. He will be gone even if Dubbs get lucky with the 4th pick.
I am assuming Kuminga is gone too since he has the body type of pf/sf NBA fights after.
I take any of the top 5. Green being #5. Myers is scooting him. So I assume Green might be the bottom of the top 5 for Myers. So we can hope Mobley OR Suggs falls. Don't think both will be available to choose.

Any of the consensus top 5 would be great. Green is so explosive. He reminds of a young Monta with even more bounce.
I'd rather take my chances with with the unprotected '22 than pick 6th in '21. So Minny needs to stay right where they're at.

I have to believe the Warriors would prefer #4 or #5 in 2021 than some uncertain pick in 2022.
Good chance Wolves are better next season.

My top 3 has changed a little bit. I think it’ll be
1. Cade
2. Mobley
3. Green
Leaving us with Kuminga or Suggs. Obviously Kuminga has ALOT more potential but I think Suggs would fill a better need for us next year with a back up PG. I think we end up with Suggs

Re: 2021 Draft Prospects Thread: Send in what you find
I’m surprised that there’s a lot of people saying this is a 5 person draft. It seems like Mobley and Cade are in a tier of their own and then green, Suggs and kuminga are in the next tier. Does anyone have green Suggs or kuminga ahead of Mobley and Cade?

Lebron was in a tier of his own.
But <the bust Detroit took whose name escapes me>, Melo, and Bosh were still considered elite prospects.
So while Cade and Mobley are the consensus top 2, there are 5 elite prospects.

Mobley/Cade are in a tier of their own but Green, Suggs and Kuminga are not that far off, the drop off from t2 to t3 is bigger than t1 to t2
top 5 is pretty much set at this point in w/e order u prefer, and then really the draft starts with the other names.

Cade is the clear-cut top draft pick this year, probably going #1. To me, he reminds me of Grant Hill (Pre-injury, of course) and Penny Hardaway. Along with having incredible court vision, he also is an excellent shooter, overall. Just needs to get stronger (Like any young player) and tweak his decision-making a bit.

Don't worry, an afternoon playing with tank-a-thon's mock draft and I got us both Cade and Kuminga.
