Cannot really explain it but I got a good vibe when Kuminga and Moody were picked. The championship that year certainly didn't hurt. I'd still stick with them further.

There’s a lot of hedging in your comments. It’s easy to say “I might like this guy or that guy”. You can do that for every prospect and then go back and cherry pick the comments that make you look good.

Tell me. Where is your final 2021 Draft Board?

Lmao that’s a 100 page thread. If you care that much you can look through it. I know I was high on Murphy early on in the draft process.

Is there a point to this questioning? Is Onus applying to EvanZ for a job? This is bizarre.

The point is if you want the right to second guess picks you better have a publicly available draft board that everyone can check.

Yeah right, if you don't post in some forum, your opinions don't count.

Why not if you didn't tweet some opinion, it doesn't count?

And what we don't have the right to second-guess draft picks?

Re-drafts are a thing.

Agreed.

The two timeline strategy was probably wrong headed but trading the high picks for established players on rebuilding teams was the alternative path, not waiting till now then trading the players who were drafted for far less value just as they are starting to deliver. Similarly Wiggins, a guy who prompted a rule change because the other franchises thought GSW going into the luxury tax to have him on the team gave GSW too much of an advantage. Unless the FO think his current level, which I agree with FNQ is strongly contributed to by Kerr not employing him in his best role, is permanent they are not getting back anything like the Wiggins of the last title run or early last season, and why would anyone want him if he is so terrible ?.

Maybe he gets minutes against Denver... but even so, trade him. Its clear Kerr doesnt like him for whatever reason and views him in the same vein as Looney, who has always been a system player. But so over it at this point.. the guy has been exactly what he was advertised as, and is eating pine so Klay can keep getting 30 and GP2 can be a strictly 1 way player

Makes zero sense and clearly the guy isnt going to stand up for himself because of the title atmosphere. If they give him half the chances they've given Kuminga, his value would be so they could actually recoup value for him too

Well Dumas just reported that "someone" has asked MDJ what the plan is with Moody because he needs minutes. So reading between the lines his agent has finally said enough is enough.

I thought that happened a few weeks back? Well whatever.. there's no reason to expect a change at this point. Everything I've heard this year has been massively disappointing but at the same time, kinda illuminating. Going to be betting more on Kings games this year, thats for sure :dontknow:

The funniest/saddest thing was when a reporter asked Kerr about the Moody DNPs a few days ago and he said they all deserve more minutes but I can't do it and then cited CoJo as the example of the guy he's struggling to find more minutes for.

Yeah, it was bad enough when he likened Moody's potential to Looney, now it's clear what he really thinks of him

As if we needed more reasons to question his stupidity

Basically confirming that its all just lip service and that nothing he says on that podium is to be taken seriously

All I can say is that when this is all said and done, and Draymond no longer has motivation to remain quiet.. the curtain will be pulled back. Seems like there's a lot more under the surface that's just not being made public (and FWIW, team deserves some kudos for that. Aside from the punch, very little makes it to the media)

Throw in la 2029 pick. I’d seriously consider it. Lmao that’s 2 players not in the current rotation

Problem with Moses is that any success he has threatens Klay’s ego, and that hurts his performance.

So Kerr and Klay have agreed to a new ABM treaty. Anyone But Moses.
This movie is like the Rocky Horror Picture Show where everyone knows all the lines.
