There's a new rumor that Kidd was pushing a trade of Lopez/Teletovic to the Bucks. Conflict of interest?

That was in the thread over there on the Nets board.
Supposedly Kidd didn't like some of the moves King was making. For instance he wanted them to bring in Jarret Jack instead of Marcus Thorton. I'm with Kidd on that one.
The rumor above was - Lopez and Teletovic for Larry Sanders and Ilyasova........Not sure I feel about that deal, but I do know Kidd doesn't like players like lopez, who are always injured and also kind of soft.

Re: Around the NBA III
This is kinda off topic but I just came here to say I love you guys.
Great team, keep winning, I hope you pull the Love trade off, making Lakers life difficult is just the bonus.

Re: Around the NBA III
Anyone else shocked that Ben Gordon was able to get a 2 year $9 million deal?

WTF are the Pacers even offering for Dragic? Lifetime supply of corn? If I were Phx i'd ask for George or GTFO.

Don't know why Phoenix doesn't go with Dragic and Bledsoe in the backcourt with GGreen either starting at SF or being 6th man. They should then try to convince Love that they will be a contender within two years, a bit of a stretch but possible with the development of their young guys so far. A trade of either Bledsoe or GGreen and resigned Frye, along with one of the Morris twins and two 1st rounders is a good deal for Minnesota. Love has to say he would resign there after next season ofcourse. If they want to trade either Dragic or Bledsoe they should really be aiming high because both look very promising for a number of years to come. Maybe Bledsoe for Monroe would work for both teams.

Agreed. I could see it more as Larry Bird trying to see what's available to fill a guard spot if Lance Stephenson departs more than Phoenix actively looking to trade Dragic or Bledsoe to Indy. They just don't match up as good trade partners for the name involved. I think Love with Phoenix is very dangerous. I think he'd resign there if they made the playoffs next year.

I think Phoenix would have to at least be a top 5 West team, showing that they could improve over the next dew years for Love to stay there. They'd have options salary wise to add more talent though and that is the big advantage they'd have.

Sure, it's not a done deal until Love signs on the dotted line. But, I'd be optimistic if I were Phoenix that I could get Love to resign.

Re: Around the NBA III
I think all Love would need to sign a long Term deal is big money on a perennial playoff team. I honestly doubt he cares how championship ready the team is, he just doesn't want to keep missing the big dance.
