Not sure if that is correct,as think if we got the 7th seed (after play in) we’d pick later than them.

That said, ATL is up 26 in the 4th, and an ATL win definitely cements us keeping our pick.

The pick is ours...

1 more win by Miami and/or NY moves our worst case draft position up.

It's not 100% official until they are eliminated from the playoffs. Pick 30 is still possible.

Playoff teams are sorted by regular season record for the draft. Playoff outcome doesn't affect the draft order.

Uggh. Mixed this up with football. A trophy and a mid-first will do.

since the Warriors have secured their own FRP I have been digging in to 17-19 range players and was looking at Kai Jones. I didn't catch Texas this year but he definitely shows flashes of brilliance and some moments of whaaaaa, but that should be expected since he has only been playing basketball for 5 years.

This kid looks amazing. That length combined with the quickness. He dunks like he has an issue with the rim, i love that. His shot form is also really solid and he has that Jonathan Isaac type defensive versatility.

This kid looks like what Anthony Randolph could of been. I’m in, thanks for posting.

He seems to have the right tools for a center. He is a rim protector, can switch in defense, he is athletic, he can catch lobs, he has good lateral quickness.
Why is Evan Mobley rated higher than him?
Evan Mobley has the aforementioned tools too but Kai Jones seems to me a bit quicker and more athletic.

Mobley is much more polished than Jones for sure and has been grooming himself for this moment for most of his life. If you watched the weakness part of the Kai Jones clip he has moments where he looks completely lost on both sides of the court. I do agree that Jones pops off the screen with his quickness and athleticism and looks to have more wiggle to his game than Mobley.

Jaden Springer is another guy I like with the Warriors FRP(if they keep it).

I didn't study much of him. Could he eventually be a combo forward, or is he exclusively a big?

I didn't watch the whole video, so I didn't watch the weaknesses but I will do it later.
I don't have a stable opinion at the moment for these 2 players. I like Evan Mobley a lot too but from the little I saw Kai Jones seems impressive

I don't think the Warriors will have a chance at getting Mobley as he will be going 1,2 or 3 most likely.

Yes I know about Mobley. I just wondered why Kai Jones is not projected to go higher in the draft like Evan Mobley. I will keep at the moment what you said that Mobley is more polished player but I would like to take a more detailed look later

So with NYK winning our worst case scenario for our draft pick is #19. A win by the Heat makes worst case #18. Go Heat go!

Right, but you know who else looked like who Anthony Randolph could have been? Anthony Randolph.
