Is it because some teams decide to focus on Steph leaving KD to get his? I know this was true of the OKC game when they were constantly double teaming Steph everytime he crossed the half court line, but not sure about the other two recent games.
I think it is just that Steph hasn't played very well in our recent slide. He has been doubled and tripled teamed for years, so that shouldn't bother him too much. He just doesnt look very agressive. Look at Lillard tonight, he just put his head down and took it to the Warriors. That how Steph looks when he is looking to bury teams, I haven't seen that Steph in a while.
We last saw that Steph in the Boston game a couple of Saturdays nights ago and for most of January when he came back from his injury and won player of the month. Other than that, you’re right — he’s been inconsistent at best in February.
