Giannis to Warriors, Harden to Bucks, Wiggins/Green/Picks to Houston

Post#42 » by ILOVEIT » Mon Nov 16, 2020 7:34 pm

Golden State - out: Draymond Green, Wiggins, #2 this year, Lottery pick next year.
In: Giannis, Eric Gordan

Houston - out: James Harden, Eric Gordan
in: George Hill, Wiggins, #2 pick this year (Wiseman?), Lottery pick next year (top 7)

Bucks - out: Giannis, George Hill
in: James Harden, Draymond Green

Warriors mortgage this year and future picks for now - Giannis and Eric Gordan.

Houston has a great way to build a very good team around Westbrook.

Bucks keep on trucking. If you don't like Draymond with Harden then maybe you replace him with Wiggins going to Bucks instead.

Rubio and Oubre for Wiggins and pick 2..

Does that sound fair?

No. Might have been fair when they were both with Phoenix. Then, we'd have swapped our #2 for Phoenix's #10 pick.

No.

Oubre is a rental, gone after 1 year. Rubio is old and a backup for us. Very easy no.

Would you do that for Wiggins and our own 1st next year?

How about just Wiggins (not happening unless its at the deadline and wiggins is balling out, but then, why would we do it.. so assume presti is really high on wiggins, or just high).

I probably say no to both but think pretttty hard about the 2nd one.

Wiggins for Oubre and Rubio straight up I would absolutely do. I'd probably do it attaching the 2021 1st as well. I wouldn't do it with the #2 attached or the Minny 2021 though.

You could make the argument that Oubre is better than Wiggins already. And then also getting a great floor general in Rubio off the bench.

I rather have Wiggins than Oubre. A bigger body and potentially a better defender. Similar offensive stats. Oubre a bit better scorer and Wiggins a better passer.

you could make the argument that oubre is better than wiggins. I am not sure its a winning argument and he is a rental and might get big money (less than wiggins, but still) as soon as next year. I like Rubio as well, but he's expensive for backup guard so to downgrade at 3 for 1 year while upgrading the backup 1 spot for 2 years might not be something i want. I really like how wiggins played within himself last year and would love to see him in a winning environment this year. his defense and shooting are a notch above oubre, IMHO, and getting worse at that spot in those qualities might be a real problem. the fact that he's probably gone in a year makes it even more problematic as it won't open up any capspace.

RoCo was just traded to Blazers for 2 FRPs and Jrue Holiday was traded to Bucks.

Warriors must not be using that TPE

I guess if Harden goes to Nets the only silver lining is that it takes them out of the running for Beal

Bledsoe, Hill, three future firsts and two pick swaps. Man, that's steep for a one year rental.

Milwaukie pulling some desperate moves to keep Giannis. If he still leaves at some stage, those picks and swaps are gold.

Seriously, well they will be donezo once Giannis leave anyways. Maybe Warriors will just hang onto their assets and trade for Middleton next year lol.

Gms have lost their minds. Throwing around 1sts like candy.

Bucks roster is nice jrue/bb/Middleton/giannis/Lopez. Still missing a closer but they’ll win a lot of games as usual. I guess this means giannis stays.
