I think I might have Alijah Martin over Proctor now, but would not mind Proctor at all. Think we need a volume 3 point shooter (some one who is willing and capable of getting shots off) who can play defense.

This week in Italy, two prospects helped their draft stock with strong measurements in Treviso. Serbia's Bogoljub Marković checked in at 6-foot-10 and half an inch without shoes, weighing 213 pounds and notching a 6-foot-11 and half an inch wingspan. Marković also recorded a 9-foot-2 standing reach.

If Markovic or Thiero are on the board at pick 35 would you want to trade up from 41 to get one of them?

I would if it was only cash or throw in TJD and trading picks. Feels like there is a drop off after those two.

I don't think I would trade up for either but if it's just TJD and/or cash sure why not. Markovic isn't going to be ready this year or next to play real minutes. What do we think his realistic outcome is Santi Aldama? which is a good player but not really a cornerstone type player that we would wait on. Thierro is basically what we want JK to be, I guess if we plan on trading JK down the line it'd be nice to have Thierro as an option later on in the year as a defensive wing. But if there's no plan to trade JK then there's really no playing time for him moving forward. I rather stay where we are and select Martin or Proctor.

I think the only players I would trade up for would be Sorber or Walter Clayton jr. Sorber I think can be similar to Okongwu, which is a solid starting center. Clayton would fit our system really well and give us someone off the bench who can get hot and hit outside shots. If we're just talking about for the next 2 seasons probably Clayton only.

Actually add Raynaud just in case Wemby ever wants to play with him.

Anyone watch temple and Steve Settle? Seeing his name pop up lately and seems interesting.

6'10'' forward who had a good shooting year from 3. Can dribble a little bit. His movement seems decent might be able to play some 3.

Really mostly curious about his defense.

Glad they finally brought in Peavy. Worried he will be gone at 41 though. (to be fair, i'm worried everyone I like will be gone at 41)

That worry is justified, especially in light of having several players opt out of the draft and head back to college for next season.

RJ Luis might have the most star qualities of anyone in the 2nd round. Not sure his 3 ball mechanics can get him to being a good shooter in the NBA, but if it does, he’s someone everyone might look back scratching their head why he went so late in the draft. That atrocious final game against Arkansas could be to our gain.

Peavy, rj Luis, nembhard, kaluma and Sion are my favorites of the players we’ve brought in so far. Would be disappointing if we don’t bring in proctor, shulga or martin.

Forgot about Jaxson. He hurt his wrist before the tournament.

Long guard who can shoot the 3. His D will dictate if he can be a rotation piece in the pros.

Maybe he would be worth a swing in the second round or perhaps he goes undrafted.
