Something wrong with Azubuki? Since when does Puktrius get in ahead of Azubuki now
Typical though....get Webber....and instead of having and USING the deeper bench..he shortens it and doesn't use Buki...
This is the 3rd worse loss of the year....Bulls short handed....losing 5 in a row...and Warriors do everything possible to get them feeling good

wow.
i still think a lot of this was rust from all those days off. the NOH and the bobcats game they were way in sync. tonight the rhythm just wasn't there. except for a few plays here and there, baron looked horrible. shoot. we lost this game at the layup line. point blank.
it's not a good start to this group of home games, but they'll play better. i hate losses, but i'll take a lost that's mainly due to rust and bad calls than one where the guys just never bothered to show up.

That was a rust game. We've all seen it happen before and it won't be the last time. We spent the week running layup drills to make everyone feel good about webber's passing and didn't prepare to play a game with any intensity (except Monta Al and Dre.) It hurts in the standings, but we'll bounce back and steal one to make up for it.
Oh, and Jack,
Your infantile display was the most pathetic thing I've seen in the NBA this season. You totally blew what little focus the team had mustered, and you lost the game you infant. We never had another lead after your antics. Next time things don't go your way, why don't you show us what a "man" you are by having some freaking dignity. That was embarassing to watch and you owe the team and the fans an apology.

as a fellow Bulls fan I respectfully disagree... We didn't "win" this. GS handed that to us on a silver platter.

Warriors think they can turn it on at any time and beat the weaker teams. That won't always work. Warriors should make a point of having a ten point lead against weak teams going into the last five minutes.
Warriors, Denver, Portland, Houston, four teams two playoffs spots. Barkley says the Warriors don't make the playoffs. If the Warriors don't stomp on the weaker teams Barkley will be right.

you OBVIOUSLY don't deserve t be called a bulls fan. the bulls played hard the entire game. give them some credit. grant it the warriors stunk it up but still we made clutch plays down the stretch instead of folding like we ususaly do. bulls WON this game.

you're right... I don't deserve to be called a Bulls fan.... Only been posting here since the Krause years, but whatever....
Duhon got hot and our team played well, but don't fool yourself that our team with it's top three scorers down could take this team without a little unpreparedness & concession from them.
I just wanted to balance the homerism that makes our board look bad.

i know our team is win one lose one but since this was a win i'll take it. i never said these guys would quickly turn things around but itz finally good to see them playing with some effort and intensity.

Jack shoots 6-19, Baron 8-24 and Monta 11-12. Nellie's got to realize that and somehow get him the ball. Only 12 shots in the game when you make 11 of them, WTF? And that's in 36 minutes, so it wasn't like he wasn't in the game. Pathetic. I believe that Monta has now become the best option on this team (ahead of both Baron and Jack). Baron looked like he was playing in a daze. Made Rowell look good.

4 pt 1 rbd...

.....but Nellie gets to show Mullin who's top dog.
As for Noah...Wright...Wright would be a quality player by now on most teams. While I'd have picked Noah....he'd be rusting on the bench with us.
I got home late...only saw the last quarter. Jax was forcing it..refs sucked..D was leaky ...monta wasn't getting touches...Nellie was slow adjusting,I guess what I saw must have been typical of the whole game..

bummer.
CENSORED... No comment.

I'm really getting sick of hearing the same stupid complaints about Nellie after every single loss.
Nellie isn't the one missing layups all game long. I didn't bother to count but I'd say we missed about 15 layups and shots from point plank range. That's 15 points even if we only made half of them. That was the difference tonight.
I don't know how we were even able to keep it as close as we did after such a rusty start to the game. It seemed like the bulls were scoring on every single possession for the last 7 minutes and it was just impossible to claw our way back into this one.
The only criticism I have for Nellie is for Monta not playing 40+ minutes and taking 18+ shots. When the guy hits 11-12 why not keep running the offense through him until he cools off?
